Gas appliance service
Ensure the continued health, efficiency and correct operation of your gas appliance with a comprehensive annual service. Our friendly and professional Gas Safe engineers will carry out a full inspection of the appliance to check that it meets current safety regulations, test the pressure and ventilation and tell you about any possible issues.
Gas Safe engineers
The Gas Safe Register (formerly CORGI) is the official list of gas engineers who are qualified to work safely and legally on gas appliances. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered and always carry their Gas Safe ID cards. When you call us for any gas work in your house, you can rest assured that our fully qualified and accredited gas engineer will guarantee the appliance’s gas safety as standard.
Need a gas certificate?
Landlords are legally obliged (in accordance with Gas Safety Regulations 1998) to get a gas safety certificate (CP12) every twelve months. A lot of landlords and letting agencies therefore take advantage of our no hassle landlord safety certificate service. You can even choose to pass on your tenant’s contact details for us to check their availability. The starting fee for our gas safety certificates covers checks on two gas appliances.
